  • Analyzed the experience of Russian and foreign industry practices in organizing and utilizing similar structures/divisions
  • Conducted monitoring of the current stage and features of the implementation of the Production Management Center launch in "pilot" Assets, and formulated the lessons learned

  • Described the goals, tasks, functions, powers, and interface of the Production Management Center (level 3) with the operational divisions.
  • Defined the future vision of the Asset considering the Production Management Center
  • Outlined the goals, tasks, functions, and powers of the Centre for Integrated Operations (level 3), as well as its interface with other divisions of the "Exploration and Production" business unit
  • Established the interface and described the interaction process between the Production Management Center and the Centre for Integrated Operations (level 3)
